1. Purpose of the Platform

Warily provides educational content and tools related to digital safety, online harm prevention, and cybersecurity awareness. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, professional, insurance, or emergency advice.

2. Access and Accounts

All core Warily content is available without creating an account. Some restricted briefings and tools require you to sign in.

If you create an account, you agree that:

• the details you provide are accurate and kept up to date
• you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• you are responsible for activity carried out under your account
• if you sign up on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to do so

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or attempt unauthorized access. You may ask us to close your account at any time.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• attempt to bypass or compromise security measures
• copy, scrape, or extract content using automated tools
• reverse-engineer or modify any part of the Platform
• use the Platform to harm, mislead, or harass others

We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.

4. Supporter Store

The supporter store offers Warily branded items. The storefront is powered by Shopify, and orders are produced and shipped by Printful, a print on demand partner.

• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Checkout, payment, and order confirmation take place through Shopify and are subject to Shopify's own terms. Warily does not handle your payment card details.
• Items are made to order. Because each item is produced individually, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for the wrong size being ordered. Please check the sizing details before ordering.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
• If an order does not arrive, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
• If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or the parcel was not collected, reshipping is at the buyer's expense.

Purchases help fund the development of Warily's tools and regional capacity. A purchase is a sale of goods. It is not an investment, a partnership, or a tax-deductible charitable donation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Warily, including text, design, graphics, modules, and educational materials, is owned by Warily or licensed to us.

You may:

• view and use the content for personal or organizational learning
• share publicly accessible pages for educational purposes

You may not:

• reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission
• use Warily's branding or trademarks without authorization

6. Third-Party Resources

Warily may include links to external websites, including government agencies, reporting centres, financial institutions, cybersecurity tools, and the services that power our store.

We do not:

• control these third-party sites
• endorse their content
• receive information about your activity on those sites

Your use of third-party resources is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

Warily is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

• accuracy or completeness of content
• uninterrupted or error-free operation
• suitability of the Platform for any specific purpose

If you are in immediate danger or facing an urgent situation, contact local authorities or emergency services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warily is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• use or inability to use the Platform
• reliance on information provided
• interactions with third-party websites or services

Nothing in these Terms limits the remedies set out in the Supporter Store section above for damaged, defective, or undelivered items.

9. Modifications

We may update or change the Platform at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information in accordance with PIPEDA.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada.
